Blue and gold macaws are considered the most beautiful parrots in the case of looks. They have white feathers with black dots on their face, which make them look amazing, and when they become excited, these white colors turn pink. The forehead is green. While the body also has multi-colors, the upper part of the body is sky blue colored, and the lower part of the body is Gold colored. And the feet are dark grey colored.

While on the other hand, the hyacinth macaw’s body is covered with dark blue feathers from forehead to tail. On the face, there are yellow rings around the eyes, which make them noticeable.

The blue and Gold macaws learn to live independently in forests for 2 to 3 months from their parents, while the hyacinth macaws live for 1.5 years with their parents. There are major differences in the behavior of the blue and Gold macaws and hyacinth macaws. Both of the birds are calm, but the Blue and Gold macaws can sometimes be irritating as they become too loud to get attention. And if they feel they are getting attention by their actions, it will become their habit. They also adopt bad habits very fast, like clucking their own feathers. The Gold and blue macaws are very easily available in pet stores due to their higher growth rate than other macaws. They are easily available at the Price of $1,000 to $2,000. The blue and Gold macaws are very sensitive in case of health. They can easily get diseases like nutritional disorders. They love to chew.
